Distance Selling Regulations

Korek Shop conform to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items by Mail Order. We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don’t fit, you’ve ordered the wrong things, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don’t like what you’ve ordered.

New Items – Refund / Exchange

There is no need to contact us before you make a return unless you think that our help and advice may avoid you having to return the goods (in the case of a fitting problem etc).

Goods must be returned within 180 days of receipt.
Goods under special conditions like US customs returns
Goods must be in original packaging.
Goods must not be fitted or used.
Goods must be accompanied with a Completed Returns Form.

NOTE: Please do not tape up, or attach labels direct to the retail packaging, please wrap the product first.

New Items – Korek Shop Errors

Believe it or not we do make mistakes on the odd occasion! If we have sent you a part which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your first class postage costs for returning the item.

Goods must be returned within 180 days of receipt.

Goods must be in original packaging.
Goods must not be fitted or used.
You will have to pay the post office to return the goods.
We can only refund the cost of DHL, 1st Class US Mail or Standard Parcels for larger items. These are both standard services at the Post Office and should arrive within a few days.
You may send goods back to us using Priority or Guaranteed services but we can only refund the approximate 1st class postage cost.
Goods must be accompanied with a Completed Returns Form.

Faulty, Damaged or Broken

All goods purchased from Korek Shop are coved by a full warranty. The duration of this warranty is at least 1 year but some manufacturers offer extended warranty. Generally speaking, warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc. If you feel that the product you have purchased from Korek Shop has developed a fault then please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs. If the goods need to be returned-

Goods must be clean, not covered in muck and oil.
Goods must be accompanied with Completed Returns Form
Please be honest when dealing with us, we will try our best to resolve any problem you have as it is in our interest to have a happy customer! Unfortunately postage costs cannot be covered.

Damaged and Missing Items

Each Korek Shop will be properly packaged. Thoroughly inspect your Korek Shop merchandise at the time of arrival. If your Korek Shop has been damaged note all comments on the damage in it’s entirety on the delivery slip. If the damages are not fully noted and promptly reported, we may not be able to assist you with damage claim. Please report any damages within 5 days of delivery to email or +1 941-301-4210

We reserve the right to repair your Korek Shop, or accept return for repair, and or replacement.

If you are missing any pieces please contact us immediately by email, or by phone +1 941-301-4210 and we will promptly send your missing pieces to you.

Return Policy

Korek Shop may have components of customization.
Customized and personalized items cannot be returned. If Korek Shop consents or grants a return the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. All claims must be made within 120 days of Delivery
